When can I access my unit?

We offer 24 hour access to our storage units.

Do you provide padlocks?

Yes, for a small fee we have high quality “puck” style locks. Or you can use your own lock.

Do the units have climate control or electricity?

No. The storage facility doesn’t have electricity, however our units are insulated.

Is there staff on site?

Yes. Our staff is available most days for any questions you might have. Please check our contact page for hours of operation.

Are there items that are not allowed to be stored?

Yes. Due to safety and legal reasons the items below are not allowed, however, this is not an all inclusive list. For any questions please contact us.

  • Hazardous Materials

  • Ammunition/Fire Arms

  • Food

  • Live animals / pets

  • Plants

  • Stolen items

  • Scented or wet items

  • Valuable items

Can I move out when ever I wish?

Yes, each lease is on a month to month agreement. However, you must give a 30 day notice that you will be moving out or you will be billed for the entire next 30 days upon departure. We have many folks looking to move in, however, for us to plan accordingly we need a 30 day notice so we can line up another customer.
